Biography

Ruby Media is a quad city born company that was created when a music video collided with a wedding video head on. The passion that I had for music, being a musician touring opening for bands such as RATT, GREAT WHITE, WARRANT along with recording ,and writing for over 25 years, paid off as a videographer and editor.Through various college courses, I had ran a studio in Los Angeles and moved to Pheonix to do session work and music videos.This led to me gettin to play onstage with B B KING! An honor indeed.

 After growing tired of the late night studio sessions and not seeing Lauri for days, we moved back to the quad cities where we had decided to raise our family. This made for an obvious choice of opening a private recording studio in our home which was designed by a world famous australian studio designer friend to spec. After producing a few music videos locally , writing jingles, and cds, I was approached to film a wedding. This changed everything. The idea of marketing wedding videos became a reality and thus RUBY MEDIA was born. Now after 10 years in the media business Ruby Media is contacted to do everything from marketing dvds to website videos. Weddings to television work with Montel Williams. And now our very own wedding show for the web and cable called "Everything Weddings".

Working on the 11th year has proven fruitful with new talent and faces being hired to our family.
